Our Policies

Please read through our terms and conditions and fill free to contact us with any queries.


Deposits are Non Refundable! 72 hours notice is required when cancelling or modifying an appointment.

Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

Appointments cancelled or moved within 24 hours will require a further 50% cancellation fee of the Full Treatment Price.

Failure to show up to your appointment or cancellations on the day will require a charge of the full treatment price!


Please arrive on time to your appointment. Lateness may result in your treatment time being reduced or canceled if the time of arrival is later then the duration of the treatment. A cancelation fee will also be charged.

Patch Testing

Some of our treatments require patch testing. This will be stated as a requirement when booking so please check the description underneath the treatment on the booking system. Please contact the salon to arrange a patch test, this can be done in the salon, or for some treatments we can send out a patch test via post. A patch test should be performed a minimum of 48 hours before the treatment. Please note an adverse reaction can occur at any time, even if a negative patch test has been shown.

Client satisfaction is our priority.  We  are committed to providing exceptional quality services within a working environment that builds trust and respect amongst our staff and clients. One of the ways in which we can continue to improve our service is by listening and responding to the views of our clients, and in particular by responding positively to complaints, and adding resolution to the matter.

If you are not satisfied with a service at By Tegan & Co we ask that you inform a member of staff at the salon at the time of the appointment or within 48 hours of the issue arising. 

Please note, if you alter your service/treatment elsewhere, we will not be able to rectify any problems and will be unable to offer any sort of resolution. 

Services by Others

If you have visited another salon after a service at By Tegan & Co for a top up/infill/or refitting, no responsibility will be accepted for any problems arising.
